We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Therefore, we try to collect data as sparingly as possible and handle your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. When you play our games, various personal data about you will be processed. The following notes provide an overview of what happens to your personal data when you play our games, what data we collect, and how, as well as for what purposes we use this data.

Collection and use of your data

When you send us support requests by email, we collect and process data from your account, such as your name and country, as well as the content of your request

We only use this data to respond to your request in accordance with the Terms and Conditions you have accepted and to provide our App without error and do not share it with third parties without your consent.

The data you send to us via contact requests will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your request). Mandatory legal provisions, in particular legal retention periods, remain unaffected.

Statistical analysis

For needs-based design and statistical analysis of the use of our apps, we collect pseudonymised data on the use of our apps and analyse this data statistically.

Advertising networks

To show you advertising and content that is engaging for you, we use third-party analytics services. These third party providers will only process your data on and in accordance with our specific instructions. They may use cookies and/or other tracking technologies, collecting information about your use of our apps. Third party providers may collect information about, among other things, installation dates, platform, in-app events, device type, language, operating system version or device IDs such as advertising IDs and IDFA, as well as usage information. We integrate the advertising networks mentioned below into our Apps in order to play advertisements. Sharing of data

We may share your data with the following recipients:

  • The technical service providers involved in the provision of the Services. As subcontractors, these service providers are subject to the same obligations as Valley Path Software UG (haftungsbeschränkt) to comply with applicable personal data protection laws.

  • Advertising partners who use your data to provide you with personalised advertising or personalised content.
  • Administrative or judicial authorities, where this is for the purpose of verifying the proper use of our services or for the purposes of an investigative action in accordance with applicable law. We always verify the legality of such requests.

In such cases, your data may be transferred to countries outside the European Union that offer an equivalent level of protection. In the event of a transfer to other countries, the protection of your data is ensured in particular by signing standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Deletion of your data

Unless different legal retention periods apply, we will delete or anonymise your personal data as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which we collected or used it in accordance with the above paragraphs. If your data must be retained for legal reasons, it will be blocked. Thus, your data will no longer be available for further use thereafter.

Age restrictions

If you wish to use our services, you must be of full legal capacity or, in the case of limited legal capacity, have obtained the consent of your legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect, solicit or collect personal information from children.
